Larry P. Smith

Larry P. Smith is a consumer attorney, concentrating his practice in the areas of Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collections Practices violations. He was employed as an attorney at Krohn & Moss, Ltd. from 1999 through November of 2005. He left Krohn & Moss to become managing attorney of Larry P. Smith & Associates.

David Marco

David Marco has devoted the majority of his professional career to the practice of consumer litigation. He has many years of litigation experience and currently represents consumers in cases arising out of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Illinois Consumer Fraud & Deceptive Business Practices Act and other related statutes. Mr. Marco has successfully briefed and argued myriad motions on a wide-range of issues, arbitrated countless cases, and tried many cases to verdict. He has also resolved countless cases by way of settlement.

Seamus Flaherty

Seamus Flaherty is a litigation attorney whose practice is concentrated in the areas of consumer, creditor, and debtor law. Mr. Flaherty specializes in protecting the rights of consumers under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Magnuson-Moss Act, and Wisconsin's Consumer Act and Lemon Law. He also helps homeowners defend against foreclosure actions and assists consumers seeking relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Flaherty gained valuable behind-the-scenes experience clerking for federal judges at both the trial and appellate level. Britt Cannon Johnson

Britt Cannon Johnson has experiences in consumer protection, personal injury, domestic relations, estate planning, employment law, workers' compensation and other areas of law. He has represented consumers against banks and other credit institutions in the areas of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. He has worked for the Arkansas Attorney General and the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney. He also received Chapter 7 Bankruptcy experience at the University Of Arkansas Legal Clinic.

Mr. Johnson is a member of the Arkansas Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. He earned his juris doctorate at the University Of Arkansas School Of Law in 2007. Tammy Hussin

Ms. Hussin graduated cum laude with her JD from Southwestern University School of Law in 1991, where she served as Note and Comment Editor on the Law Review Staff. Ms. Hussin has many years of litigation experience, having taken and defended depositions, tried cases and engaged in extensive motion practice. Ms. Hussin has also done transactional work, including securities transactions, IPO's and drafting of numerous contractual agreements.

Ms. Hussin is licensed to practice in the states of California, Michigan and Colorado. She is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of Colorado, as well as the Eastern, Northern, Western and Southern Federal District Courts of California. Ms. Hussin is an active member of the bar in all three states.

Jessica Foos

Jessica Foos is a consumer rights attorney and civil litigator in the state of Indiana. Sarah O'Loughlin

Mrs. O'Loughlin is a consumer attorney and manages consumer cases in the State of Kansas for Larry P. Smith & Associates. Before joining Larry P. Smith & Associates, Mrs. O'Loughlin represented clients in various matters including estate planning and income tax planning. In 2002, she was employed as a law clerk for the Consumer Protection Division of the Kansas Attorney General's office and, in 2003, she was employed as a law clerk for the Wichita, Kansas law firm of Fleeson, Gooing, Coulson & Kitch. Mrs. O'Loughlin also coached the Washburn University Mock Trial team from August 2002 through May 2004, eventually leading the team to the most successful season in Washburn's history.

Mrs. O'Loughlin was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2007 and is also admitted to practice before the Kansas Federal District Court.

Mrs. O'Loughlin earned her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2006, where she also earned a Taxation Certificate. Joan Landmann

Joan Landmann has focused her legal career in the areas of family law and civil litigation. Before entering the practice of consumer rights, she represented clients in personal injury matters, contract disputes, custody issues and under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
