Craig Thor Kimmel

Craig Thor Kimmel is one of the nation's most-respected consumer attorneys . Since 1997, he has served as legal consultant to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Consumer Affairs Committee, and has been credited with writing the first Computer Lemon Law bill, which has served as a model not only for Pennsylvania, but Illinois, Connecticut and California. He also worked with the Government in making two major amendments to the Pennsylvania Lemon Law, the inclusion of leased vehicles and the need for tighter title provisions for used cars. Robert M. Silverman

Robert M. Silverman is highly regarded throughout the legal communityfor his continuing efforts in helping consumers with their breach of warranty claims. Mr. Silverman has been featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer and in other newspaper stories across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as an expert in warranty litigation.

Amy Bennecoff

Amy Bennecoff is a graduate of Drexel University, holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and International Area Studies. Following graduation from college, she earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law. Angela K. Troccoli

Angela K. Troccoli earned her Juris Doctorate from the Southern New England School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Troccoli was a member of the Southern New England Trial Advocacy and interned at the New Center for Legal Advocacy in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She also interned at the Office of the Attorney General in Providence, Rhode Island. Christina Gill Roseman

Christina Gill Roseman received her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 1989. She obtained her J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne Law School in 1993, where she was a member of the Duquesne Law Review.

Upon graduation from law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephanie Domitrovich in Erie, Pennsylvania. She then worked in Detroit, Michigan and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, litigating claims involving hospitals and physicians.

Ms. Roseman currently practices exclusively in the areas of consumer rights and breach of warranty. She is currently co-chair of the Membership Committee of the Women's Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania. Ms. Roseman is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan.

Kate G. Shumaker has been an attorney in Delaware since 2001. She is a graduate of Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, and has been a resident of Delaware for over 20 years. She is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Kate has broad experience in civil litigation in all three states and has taught real estate law in Delaware. Richard A. Scholer

Richard A. Scholer is a former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney who has prosecuted thousands of cases during his tenure with the Philadelphia District Attorney's office, progressing through the Municipal Court Unit, Juvenile Unit, Felony Waiver Unit and Major Trials Unit. His twelve-year career also includes interning with the Honorable Anthony J. DeFino and serving as Court Crier for the First Judicial District Court of Common Pleas. A member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, Mr. Scholer received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and graduated from La Salle University with B.S. in Business Administration.

Robert A. Rapkin

Robert A. Rapkin, Senior Associate, honorably discharged from U.S.A.F. as a turbo/prop airplane mechanic, a graduate of Western Connecticut State University, and a first-round participant in the 1985 NCAA Division III football Champions. While attending the University of Bridgeport School of Law, Mr. Rapkin received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellent achievement in the study of legal ethics. Upon graduation from the University of Bridgeport School of Law, Mr. Rapkin’s legal career has spanned over 18 years and includes civil and criminal litigation.
