Alex Weisberg is a founding partner of Weisberg & Meyers, LLC and the managing partner of the Firm's Florida and Illinois offices.

Susan Landgraf - Weisberg & Meyers, LLC

Susan Landgraf is the managing attorney for the Texas office of Weisberg & Meyers, LLC and is based in Austin, Texas.

Prior to joining Weisberg & Meyers, LLC, Ms. Landgraf owned her own law practice in Houston, Texas. She brings to the firm over fourteen years experience as a litigator and has extensive expertise in effectively representing individuals in the courtroom. Larry Leshin - Weisberg & Meyers, LLC

Mr. Leshin represents consumers for the New Mexico office of Weisberg & Meyers. Prior to joining Weisberg & Meyers, Mr. Leshin founded the Law Office of Larry Leshin, a private practice firm in 1990 which he continues to maintain. Jon N. Robbins - Weisberg & Meyers, LLC

Jon Robbins handles litigation and claims for the Washington office of Weisberg & Meyers. Prior to joining Weisberg & Meyers in 2007 Mr. Robbins was in private practice for 10 years in California focusing on civil litigation in California and most recently he was Senior Counsel at Chevron U.S.A. Inc. in San Ramon, California for the past for 18 years before relocating to Washington.

Tammy Hussin

Tammy Hussin represents clients in California and Colorado for Weisberg and Meyers "Fair Debt and Fair Credit" practices. Ms. Hussin graduated cum laude with her JD from Southwestern University School of Law in 1991, where she served as Note and Comment Editor on the Law Review Staff. Ms. Hussin has many years of litigation experience, having taken and defended depositions, tried cases and engaged in extensive motion practice. Ms. Hussin has also done transactional work, including securities transactions, IPO's and drafting of numerous contractual agreements.

Ms. Hussin is licensed to practice in the states of California and Colorado. She is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of Colorado, as well as the Eastern, Northern, Western and Southern Federal District Courts of California. Aaron D. Radbil - Weisberg & Meyers, LLC

Aaron D. Radbil is a senior associate attorney at Weisberg & Meyers, LLC. Mr. Radbil earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona in May of 2002, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in May of 2006. Mr. Radbil was licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois in November of 2006, and in the state of Florida in November of 2007. Mr. Radbil is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Mr. Radbil is responsible for all aspects of litigation including discovery, motion practice, arbitration, trial, and appeal before state and federal courts. Mr. Radbil has tried to verdict six trials before judge and jury, and has arbitrated over twenty-five cases before binding as well as non-binding arbitration forums. Additionally, Mr. Radbil has successfully resolved countless matters through mediation and/or private settlement. Mr. Radbil has further briefed and argued issues of significant consumer interest before state appellate courts of Illinois and Florida, as well as the Florida Supreme Court.

Mr. Radbil focuses a significant portion of his practice on class action litigation. He has, over the past several years, orchestrated nation-wide class litigation involving federal consumer protection statutes currently pending before United States District Courts spanning the country. Notable cases in which Mr. Radbil has participated include class litigation against Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. and Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. in which the plaintiffs alleged that motorcycle manufactures implemented a commonplace scheme to systematically tamper with motor vehicle odometers and defraud consumers, and class litigation against Southwest Airlines Co. in which the plaintiffs alleged that Southwest Airlines violated federal air-safety regulations governing the maintenance and operation of its aircraft. In conjunction with his class litigation practice Mr. Radbil has spoken as a guest lecturer before the University of DePaul College of Law Litigation Lab.

Dennis R. Kurz - Kurz & Fortas, LLC

Dennis R. Kurz is a founding partner in the law firm of Kurz & Fortas, LLC, who graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law with his JD degree in 2001. Following law school graduation, Mr. Kurz has been exclusively involved in civil litigation focusing on insurance defense and breach of warranty matters before Federal and State Courts. Prior to 2004, Mr. Kurz worked as an associate for a multi-state law firm defending major automobile manufacturers.
